CA Ranjana Soni, FCA: Qualified in 2009, she has the distinction of qualifying C.A. along with Post graduation at the age of 23 years only. She possesses an experience in multiple spheres including general functions in the field of Auditing, Accounting and handling Taxation Matters along with the specialized functions including Finance, Banking and other Legal matters. She is well versed in the area of Corporate/Bank Audits, particularly Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits and Management Audit. She also possesses command in the fields of taxation work including both direct and indirect taxes.

CA Parveen Malhotra FCA: Qualified in 1986, He has rich experience in the field of CFO Services , Financial Management and IPO services. He specializes in financial and business advisory services enabling companies to accelerate growth.  He has been a catalyst in escalating the portfolio of the firms’s services from the traditional audit and taxation to a range of services like CFO, Financial Advisory Services. He is on the board of various listed companies.
